Thavid Ari healthy meal

1 cup Thavid Ari – 250 gm.
Wash for 2-3 times.
Add water and soak for 30 minutes
Add the washed rice to the boiling water on medium flame.
Boil the rice for about 15-20 minutes until it is cooked.
Take a pan, add 1 tbsp oil.
Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
2 green chillies.
Saut it well.
1 medium sized sliced onion.
Add a ¼ cabbage thinly sliced
1 medium sized carrot chopped
Add ¼ cup of frozen green peas
Add salt as per taste
Saut it for 2 minutes
Add 1 tsp soya sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp black pepper
Add cooked red rice to the mix
Cook for 4 minutes
Garnish the dish with some fresh coriander
